After our call, if you feel I am the right fit, we can go ahead and schedule your first therapy session at a convenient time for you

Step 3: Specialized Therapy

Typically, we begin with eight weekly sessions tailored to your specific needs. After this period, we will reconvene to determine whether to continue with weekly sessions, reduce their frequency, or conclude our sessions altogether.
